There are three types of questions to ask to establish contact with a client: clos ,, open, or alternative. Depending on the situation, all of them can be quite effective.

  1. Clos , questions allow for one-word answers, “Yes” or “No.”

    • Are you looking for a specific phone model?

  3. Examples of alternative type questions :
